Although I consider myself truly fortunate to enjoy nearly every aspect of my job, going behind the scenes is always an extra special treat — especially when it is promoting one of my clients! Don Tito chef and owner Mike Cordero whipped up a few recipes this morning on WJLA’s “Let’s Talk Live” this morning in honor of National Bean Day. Who knew the magical fruit would actually be delicious and nutritious? (Maybe not that surprising, considering anyone who’s sampled the menu at this Arlington restaurant and bar knows that Cordero is a master in the kitchen.)
